We willen de eerste bijzonderheden alvast met u delen, zodat u hiermee rekening kunt houden.
De volgende details zijn van belang:
- We gaan net als in Spa-Francorchamps de klassen verdelen over de zaterdag en zondag.
Het Tijdschema en de verdeling klassen over de twee dagen is hetzelfde als voor race 1 Spa-Francorchamps.
Zaterdag Honda Cadet, Mini-Parilla, IAME X30 Junior en IAME X30 Junior Nationaal;
Zondag IAME X30 Senior, Senior Nationaal, Open Schakel en Formula Honda 9PK. - Iedere rijder mag maximaal 2 personen meenemen. Let op: twee personen inclusief monteur.
Iedere rijder krijgt hiervoor bij de inschrijving op vrijdag twee bandjes. - Karting Genk zendt ons een link toe die we met u zullen delen, via welke u de rijders en begeleiders aan dient te melden.
LET OP: Iedereen is verplicht via deze link zijn begeleiders aan te leveren bij Karting Genk. - Als u niet op vrijdag in kunt schrijven, verzoeken wij u om uw teammanagers de inschrijving voor u te laten verzorgen.
- Rijders die zondag deelnemen en op zaterdag arriveren kunnen zaterdagavond nog inschrijven.
Het tijdstip voor de inschrijving op zaterdag is opgenomen in het tijdschema zondag. - Mondkapjes zijn voor alle leeftijden – ook onder 12 jaar - verplicht op het hele terrein – dus inclusief tenten – met uitzondering van zittend in de kantine.
Er zal hierop gedurende het weekeinde gecontroleerd worden door medewerkers van Karting Genk. - De camping zal gedurende het raceweekeinde niet geopend zijn.
- De douches zijn gesloten.

We have discussed the details of the GK4 event 2, July 25/26 with Karting Genk.
We would like to share the first information with you so that you can take this into account.
The following details are important:
- As in Spa-Francorchamps, we divide the classes between Saturday and Sunday.
The timetable and the distribution of the classes over the two racedays will be the same as for event 1 Spa-Francorchamps.
Saturday Honda Cadet, Mini-Parilla, IAME X30 Junior and IAME X30 Junior National;
Sunday IAME X30 Senior, Senior National, Open Shifter and Formula Honda 9HP. - Each driver can take the maximum of 2 persons. Note: two persons including mechanic. Each driver receives two wristbands for this upon registration.
- Karting Genk will send us a link, for you to use to register escorts at Karting Genk. We will share this link with you by email.
NOTE: Everyone is obliged to submit his / her escorts to Karting Genk via this link. - If you are unable to register on Friday, we ask you to let your team manager take care of the registration.
- Drivers who participate on Sunday and arrive on Saturday can still register on Saturday evening.
The time to registrate on Saturday is included in the timeschedule for Sunday. - Face masks are mandatory for all ages - including under 12 years - on the entire site - including tents - with the exception of sitting in the canteen.
Staff members of Karting Genk will check on compliance of the rules during the weekend. - The campsite is not open during the race weekend.
- The showers will be closed.
