De tickets en stroom kunnen ter plaatse worden gekocht. Reservering is niet mogelijk.

OVERNACHTEN

Er is in een camping voorzien op het terrein.
Campers en caravans zijn alleen toegestaan op het kampeerterrein.
Zaterdag en zondag; € 25,00 per nacht (incl. stroom).
Maandag t/m vrijdag € 20,00 per nacht (incl. stroom).
Betaling te voldoen bij de Trackmanager (tickethuis). Betaling mogelijk per creditcard cq per bankkaart.
Er mag uiteraard niet gebarbecued of een “feestje gebouwd” worden.
Houdt u zich aan de regels. We zijn te gast en moeten ons als zodanig gedragen.
Bewaking is aanwezig. Deze zal ook toezien op naleving van de regels.

PADDOCK, STROOM, MILIEU

Voor bijzonderheden omtrent milieubepalingen verwijzen we u graag naar het hieronder ingevoegde document en de download op de GK4 site, "Milieubepalingen - Environmental regulations Kartbahn Kerpen".
Er wordt in stroom voorzien door Kartbahn Kerpen. Alleen de kosten zaterdag en zondag zijn bij het inschrijfbedrag inbegrepen.
Tenten kunnen worden opgezet vanaf woensdag 28 mei.
Bij aankomst op het circuit is het noodzakelijk om de paddock verantwoordelijke van de baan te contacteren voordat u uw tenten opbouwt en daarnaast Ben de Feyter (0032479803159). Dit om de goede werking in de paddock niet te verstoren.
Iedere kart moet op een dekzeil, met minimum afmeting 3x4 mtr. worden geplaatst, ter bescherming van de ondergrond.
Alleen teamvrachtwagens, teambussen, en voertuigen van officials en baanpersoneel zijn toegestaan op het circuit.
Campers en caravans zijn alleen toegestaan op het kampeerterrein.
Houdt u er aub rekening mee, dat er gecontroleerd wordt en voertuigen die er niet mogen staan verplaatst dienen te worden, ook als de tent al is opgebouwd.
Voordat u het terrein verlaat, moet de plek van elk team/rijder perfect schoon zijn (geen afval, geen tie-raps, geen banden achterlaten).
Op elke vorm van vervuiling staat voor de overtreder een boete van € 500,00.
Let u aub op de regel uit het Sportief Reglement betreffende de vereiste brandblusser.

HUURMOTOREN EN TRANSPONDERS

Huurmotoren zijn beschikbaar; voor info email naar info@gk4kartseries.com
Transponders zijn te huur via de organisatie. Aan te vragen bij de reservering.

BANDEN

Er mag niet met eigen banden worden gereden.
Zowel slick als regen bestellen bij GK4Tyres via email naar gk4tyres@outlook.be.
Voorschriften voor alle klassen omtrent het afhalen, monteren en opslaan van banden voor en na de heats; zie het aangepaste “Bandenreglement GK4 2025 - V3 12-05-25”, als download geplaatst op de GK4 site.

WARMDRAAIEN MOTOREN

Motoren mogen NIET worden warmgedraaid.
Het is toegestaan om de motoren te starten, maar deze moeten meteen weer worden uitgezet.
Uitzondering voor de klasse Open Schakel, op de tijden vermeld in het tijdschema (warm-up sessies).

There is a camping site on the grounds.
Campers and caravans are only allowed on the camping site.
Saturday and Sunday; € 25.00 per night (incl. electricity).
Monday to Friday € 20.00 per night (incl. electricity).
Payment to be made at the Trackmanager (ticket house). Payment possible by credit card or bank card.
Of course, barbecuing or “partying” is not allowed.
Please adhere to the rules. We are guests and must behave as such.
Security is present. They will also monitor compliance with the rules.

PADDOCK, ELECTRICITY, ENVIRONMENT

Electricity is provided by Kartbahn Kerpen. Only the costs on Saturday and Sunday are included in the registration fee.
Tents can be set up from Wednesday May 28.
Upon arrival at the circuit, it is necessary to contact the paddock manager of the track before setting up your tents and also Ben de Feyter (0032479803159). This is to ensure that the paddock can function properly.
Each kart must be placed on a tarpaulin, with a minimum size of 3x4 m, to protect the surface.
Only team trucks, team buses, and vehicles of officials and track personnel are allowed on the circuit.
Campers and caravans are only allowed on the camping site.
Please note that checks will be carried out and vehicles that are not allowed to be there will have to be moved, even if the tent has already been set up.
Before leaving the site, the spot of each team/driver must be perfectly clean (no waste, no tie-wraps, no tires left behind).
Any form of pollution will result in a fine of € 500.00 for the offender.
Please note the rule in the Sporting Regulations regarding the required fire extinguisher.

TYRES
Tyres, both slick and wet, will only be delivered to order via GK4Tyres, gk4tyres@outlook.be.
It is not allowed to drive with other tyres; only new tyres may be used.
All tyres must be provided for scanning.
Regulations for all classes regarding the collection, mounting and storage of tyres before and after the heats; see the amended “Tyre regulations GK4 2025 - V3 12-05-25”, available for download on the GK4 site.

WARM-UP ENGINES
It is forbidden to warm up engines. It is allowed to start the engine, but the engine must also be switched off immediately.
Exception for the Open Shifter class, at the times stated in the time schedule (warm-up sessions).

The digital briefing will be placed as download on our website.
There will be an in-person briefing in the Main Building (next to the paddock). See the timetable for times.
