OVERNACHTEN

• Camping is voorzien op het terrein; vooraf aanmelden via email naar info@kartingdesfagnes.com
• Bij aankomst aub melden in de cafetaria.
• Houdt u zich aan de regels. Er mag niet gebarbecued of een feestje gebouwd worden.
• Bewaking is aanwezig.

PADDOCK, STROOM, MILIEU

• Stroom via Karting des Fagnes. Kosten zaterdag en zondag zijn bij het inschrijfbedrag inbegrepen.
• Opbouw tenten vanaf woensdag 2 juli.
• Bij aankomst melden bij de verantwoordelijke van de baan en bij Ben de Feyter (0032479803159).
• Per kart dekzeil met minimum afmeting 3x4 mtr. ter bescherming van de ondergrond
• Personenwagens en lege bestelwagens buiten het terrein parkeren.
• Voor het verlaten van het terrein moet de plek van elk team/rijder perfect schoon zijn
• Op elke vorm van vervuiling staat voor de overtreder een boete van € 500,00.
• Gemotoriseerde steps en bromfietsen zijn niet toegestaan.
• Milieuregels: er worden strakke regels gesteld betreffende de afvalstroom.

TECHNISCHE CONTROLES

• De tijden TC staan vermeld op het tijdschema.

HUURMOTOREN EN TRANSPONDERS

• Huurmotoren zijn beschikbaar; voor info email naar info@gk4kartseries.com.
• Transponders zijn te huur via de organisatie. Aan te vragen bij de reservering.

BANDEN

• Er mag niet met eigen banden worden gereden.
• Zowel slick als regen bestellen bij GK4Tyres via email naar gk4tyres@outlook.be
• Voorschriften voor alle klassen omtrent het afhalen, monteren en opslaan van banden voor en na de heats; zie het aangepaste “Bandenreglement GK4 2025 - V3 12-05-25”, als download geplaatst op de GK4 site.
• Voor het afhalen van de banden wordt een tijdschema als download geplaatst als download op de GK4 site.

VERPLICHT TANKSTATION

• Uw tankbon moet u op verzoek organisatie tonen.

WARMDRAAIEN MOTOREN

• Motoren mogen NIET worden warmgedraaid.
• Het is toegestaan om de motoren te starten, maar deze moeten meteen weer worden uitgezet
• Uitzondering voor de klasse Open Schakel, op de tijden vermeld in het tijdschema (warm-up sessies).

TIME SCHEDULE

OVERNIGHT STAY
Provided on site.
Register in advance via email to info@kartingdesfagnes.com.
Please report to the cafeteria on arrival.
Please follow the rules. We are guests and must behave as such.
Security will be present.

PADDOCK, ELECTRICITY, ENVIRONMENT
Electricity is supplied by Karting des Fagnes. The fee for Saturday and Sunday is included in the registration fee.
Tents can be set up from Wednesday July 2.
On arrival it is necessary to contact the paddock manager before setting up your tents and in addition Ben de Feyter (0032479803159).
Every kart must be placed on a tarpaulin, with a minimum size of 3x4 mtr.
Cars and empty vans must be parked outside the site.
Before leaving the site, each team- / driver’s area must be perfectly clean (no trash, tie-raps, tyres left).
Offenders will be fined € 500.00 for any form of pollution.
Motorized scooters and mopeds are NOT allowed on the entire site.
Environmental rules: strict rules are set regarding the waste stream.

TYRES
Tyres, both slick and wet, will only be delivered to order via GK4Tyres, gk4tyres@outlook.be.
It is not allowed to drive with other tyres; only new tyres may be used.
All tyres must be provided for scanning.
Regulations for all classes regarding the collection, mounting and storage of tyres before and after the heats; see the amended “Tyre regulations GK4 2025 - V3 12-05-25”, available for download on the GK4 site.
A timeschedule for collecting the tyres will be posted as a download on the GK4 site.

MANDATORY FUELSTATION
Total, Route Charlemagne 33, 5660 Couvin.

Please keep your fuel receipt. You must show this to the organization on request.

WARM-UP ENGINES
It is forbidden to warm up engines. It is allowed to start the engine, but the engine must also be switched off immediately.
Exception for the Open Shifter class, at the times stated in the time schedule (warm-up sessions).

BRIEFINGS
The digital briefing will be placed as download on our website.
There will be an in-person briefing in the Main Building (next to the paddock). See the timeschedule for times.
